This Star Won't Go Out is making a difference in the lives of children with cancer, one family at a time. By providing funds to help pay for travel, a mortgage or rent check, and other cost of living expenses, TSWGO frees up families to focus on their child who is in treatment. A gift of money is really a gift towards quality time as a family—and that’s a gift that is beyond value.

The HP Alliance: We are an army of fans, activists, nerdfighters, teenagers, wizards and muggles dedicated to fighting for social justice with the greatest weapon we have-- love. Join us!

BBC Children in Need : Supporting over 2,600 projects, working 365 days a year, all over the United Kingdom. Get involved to help make a difference to children and young people on your doorstep.

Book Aid International increases access to books and supports literacy, education and development in some of the poorest communities in the World. Each year the charity provides more than 500,000 new, carefully-chosen books to libraries in villages and cities, schools and universities, reading rooms and refugee camps in sub-Saharan Africa. These books are read time and time again by adults and children — for education, for vocation and for pleasure.

GISHWHES is a 3-time Guinness World Record breaking scavenger hunt hosted by actor Misha Collins. It is comprised of a global community of thousands of individuals (94 countries and growing!) that "gather" for a week online once a year, form international teams, and then go out into the real world and create "art" the likes of which the world has never seen. Last year we broke the Guinness World Record for the Largest Scavenger Hunt with 14,580 participants!

On the social improvement front, we're proud to announce last year's teams also broke the Guinness World Record for the most charitable pledges of Acts of Kindness (93,376!) in partnership with our non-profit Random Acts (www.therandomact.org), submitted thousands of images and videos of participants hugging war veterans and committing acts of kindness, delivered thousands of coats to homeless people and helped victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Random Acts is a non-profit organization that’s aiming to conquer the world, one random act of kindness at a time. We’re dedicated to funding and inspiring acts of kindness around the world.
